Most common reasons for rejection
- •The requirement list names the usual rejection causes: hair covering the eyebrows, eyes or ears; spectacle frames over the eyes; a tilted head or turned body; red eyes or closed eyes; a busy background.
- •Glasses are allowed, but the lenses must be untinted and must not blur the outline of the eyes through glare, shadow or the frame.
- •Hats and headscarves are not allowed; religious headwear must not cover the whole face.
