Most common reasons for rejection

  • The face is measured crown to chin at 3.2–3.5 cm — note the upper bound is 3.5 cm, not the 3.6 cm that some guides quote.
  • The background must be uniform white with nothing behind you and no border around the photo.
  • The official pages we could reach do not state an editing rule, so we say so rather than claim one.
